Mike Adams I have been a radio personality and a film maker. Now I am Professor Emeritus of Radio, Television, and Film at San Jose State University, where I was the RTVF Department Chair and the Associate Dean of the College of Humanities and the Arts. I am the author of six books and the creator of two award-winning documentaries for PBS.
As an author I am often asked to speak about my radio history research and publication before professional groups. I have written for and presented my work before the BEA/NAB, the SMPTE, AES, and the PCA, Popular Culture Association, and the major radio history organizations: AWA, Antique Wireless Association; SCARS, Southern California Antique Radio Society; ARCI, Antique Radio Club of Illinois, and the organization of which I am the Board Chair, CHRS, California Historical Radio Society.
